Section 01

Program Description

Wealth Redeemed℠ is a 90-day program that includes a done-for-you credit file review and dispute process, a monthly customized plan of action, structured financial education, credit monitoring, and access to The Wealth Within Circle private community on Skool.

This program provides credit file review and dispute processing services. It does not guarantee the removal of any specific items from your credit report or a specific increase in your credit score. Results depend on the accuracy and verifiability of items on your individual credit report.

Section 02

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of enrollment. The following payment options are available:

• Pay in full: $697 (one-time payment)
• Payment plan: Two payments of $397

Payment plan clients agree to make both payments as scheduled. Failure to complete the second payment may result in suspension of program access until the balance is paid in full.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Raquel Hinkson Enterprise, LLC does not store your payment information directly.

Section 03

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this program — which includes immediate access to digital content and the initiation of credit file review services — all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after enrollment.

Section 04

Credit File Review and Dispute Process

Wealth Redeemed℠ provides a credit file review and dispute process service. This means we review your credit report for inaccurate, unverifiable, or questionable items and submit formal disputes to the credit bureaus on your behalf under your rights provided by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report. Credit bureau outcomes depend on verification by the bureaus and the creditors involved. Results vary by individual.

• You are required to complete onboarding in a timely manner for services to begin
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding
• You agree not to open new credit accounts or make significant financial changes without consulting with the program team during the 90-day period

Section 05

Program Participation

To receive the full benefit of Wealth Redeemed℠ you agree to:

• Complete onboarding within the timeframe provided
• Engage with the educational content in The Wealth Within Circle on Skool
• Respond to requests for information or documents in a timely manner
• Maintain respectful conduct in The Wealth Within Circle community

Raquel Hinkson Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from The Wealth Within Circle community for conduct that is disrespectful, harmful, or violates community guidelines — without refund.

Disclaimer of Guarantees

Wealth Redeemed℠ does not guarantee specific credit score improvements, loan approvals, or financial outcomes. All information provided in the program — including the monthly customized plan of action and financial education content — is for educational purposes and should not be construed as legal, financial, or credit counseling advice.

Results vary based on each participant's individual credit profile, financial situation, and engagement with the program.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All content within Wealth Redeemed℠ — including but not limited to course materials, worksheets, video scripts, email content, and community resources — is the intellectual property of Raquel M. Farmer and Raquel Hinkson Enterprise, LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share program content without written permission. Unauthorized sharing of program materials is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raquel Hinkson Enterprise, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in Wealth Redeemed℠ or your use of the program materials.

Our total liability in any dispute related to this program shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

Section 09

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.

Section 10

Changes to These Terms

Raquel Hinkson Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
